Exercises To Get Rid of Your Double Chin

The High Chin Chew

With your chin high in the air, exaggerate the motion of chewing (open and close your mouth). You should feel your neck muscles tighten. Do this for 15-30 seconds, 3-4 times per day.

The Flat Forehead

Press your forehead to something rigid, like a wall, for 10-15 seconds. Use your neck to apply pressure against the wall. The resistance will make your neck and chin tighten. Repeat this movement for each side of your head. This will improve your neck muscles on all four sides. Repeat 2-3 times per day.

The Tongue Resistor

First, raise your chain upwards. Next, press your index and middle fingers against the curve between your neck and chin. This is like a muscle that can be flexed. Your fingers will be providing the resistance in this exercise to work out your neck muscles. Now, press your tongue against your lower front teeth. You should feel pressure against your fingers. Hold in this position for at least 10-15 seconds. Release the tension from tongue and fingers and relax for about 10 seconds. Repeat 4-5 times.
